Comprehensive land adjustment has became a dominant activity of our company in recent years. We operate in this specialization all over the Czech Republic  and  have been working on.......... cadastral areas in total, ........  in total has been already inscribed  in  Real Estate Register, in ............counties.

All the activities have been done by long experienced erudite staff.  Because of consequential activities our company has been cooperating with wild range of experts  in  urban design, environmentalism, landscape plannning, designers in trasportation and hydraulic structures. We use for all our projects, as supporting agent, output from digital photogrammetry (orthophoto-map, digital model of landscape).

We are able to work on whole comprehensive or simple processing ( KPÚ, JPÚ) independently  or  in conjunction with reliable , long- term subcontractors. We put the extra accent on  selection of our subcontractors.

• data processing for KPÚ ( maps vectoring, preliminary and examining activities)
• preliminary geodesy activities ( PPBP renewal, surveying of real condition)
• Designing work and proposal processing of  common facilities (including the work of authorized designer)
• Proposal of new land lay-out incl. adjustment
• Final geodesy works for registry into Cadastre of Real Estate whether digital cadastral map form or  plat map incl. marking out new land borders  and its handover to the owners
